Stork rental can be an equal symbol of peace, love and prosperity, demonstrating the lively joy and exhilaration felt by parents.

The stork has been used for years in different cultures and the Internet only made it more popular amongst new mommies and dadies.

eBay Keywords - eBay Power Seller Secrets Exposed

  • Arguably the most important part of an Auction listing. Get them right and you ll reap the benefits - but! Get it wrong and your listing may as well be invisible.
What is a Keyword? Simply put, any and every word you use in your Auction listing title and description is a keyword. The "Book" definition is:
"A significant word or phrase in the title, subject headings, contents notes, abstract, or text of a record in an online catalog or database which can be used as a search term in a free-text search to retrieve all the records containing it."
The big difference between eBay and the regular Search Engines such as Google, Yahoo etc is a Buyer can search eBay by both the title and description for an item. This pretty much blows away the myth that a good Item Title is all you need - Yes, that s half the battle won but what about Buyers who are searching your description as well? If you lace your ebay description with the Top eBay Keywords, you re dramatically improving the status of your listing and more importantly - the visbility in buyers searches.
Right, you only get a limited number of spaces for the Item title (55 Characters) which makes it even more important to get the right keywords in that space to describe your item. here s where a few PowerSeller Top Tips or Secrets come into play.
    1. Your Item Title does not have to make perfect sense.
    2. Use negatives or item deflection in your title.
Your item title does not have to make perfect sense? That s correct. If you are selling any item, you can always get other Keywords to describe it. Let s say you want to sell a Jumper. The Item Title might look like so:
this is a wonderful sweater from H&M
The above was an actual eBay auction listing. If we break it down, we have 7 Keywords of which 2 are searchable to buyers and no Keyphrases. The problem is, none of the Keywords rate very highly in the Popular Searches or Keyword Searches and the chances are it is going to be missed and only really seen in the last few minutes on the results page. Let s face it, the Title does it absolutely no justice at all!!! When was the last time you did an eBay search for the word "this"? Now, let s spice it up a bit!
Red H&M Sweater, Cardigan Size 8 - HOT
The same listing, completely re-hashed but with keywords that work and all info taken from the listing! We now have 7 proven Keywords and Keyphrases available to buyers. The number 8 on its own is a very Hot Keyword as it is a womens clothing size - women search by size on eBay and that s a proven fact! By adding the word HOT at the end, this is also a proven tactic which naturally draws a buyers attention. It s the simple changes that can make huge differences to your listing and ultimately sales.
Using negatives or deflection in your auction listing can also have dramatic results. Let s say you want to sell an xbox, you might list the item like so:
x box with 5 top games unused
As before, the listing above was taken from eBay. I specifically chose this one because of the first word - x box. BE CAREFUL when you list because x box can be read as 2 Keywords! Better to put either x box, xbox in the same title or just go with xbox, which funnily enough makes the Top 10 on eBay.com! Back to the lesson and the listing in general.
Possibly 3 Keywords with x box being debatable! but with some simple negatives or deflection, we could quite easily get the following:
xbox + 5 New Games - Not PSP, xbox 360, ipod
I ve only used 44 Characters in the above notional listing but once again the listing has dramatically increased in visibility to buyers. We now have a certain 8 Keywords and by using negatives i.e. Not PSP etc we have added the Top 3 Searches on eBay.co.uk to out Item Title. Any buyer searching for PSP, xbox 360 or ipod is also going to see our listing - and given the Top 10 stats, that s alot of potential buyers!!
OK, I hope the above has given you some food for thought. We will be looking at other methods and ways to spice up and improve your Item Title and Listing Descriptions. As a general rule, take your time and do your research here on the Auction Spider Keywords Pages. By adding just one Keyword, could mean the difference between a ghost listing that no one sees or an Attention Seeking Money Grabber which simply attracts Buyers.
    Respectively Yours,

  • Your Choice in Call Center Software Solutions
Call centers of many sizes offer a wide variety of support to various types of organizations. Professionals in education, healthcare, the legal field, and global business in addition to not-for-profit organizations, community and government agencies all benefit from contracting with call centers to assist them with their daily business telephone calls. Call centers design specialty software that is customizable for a client company s sales, marketing or any other telecommunications application. One of the first steps that a call center takes when contracted for a job is to ask their client a series of specific questions that will assist the call center in tailoring their software solution to meet the client s specific needs. For example, a startup marketing campaign for a product or service can utilize many different promotional methods, including outbound or inbound telemarketing, product fulfillment, broadcast call-outs and more. The call center steps in and takes over any and all of the marketing firm s tasks. The call center sends out a broadcast voice message (a recorded message sent to multiple phone numbers), or provides outbound or inbound telemarketing, information relay or other client response services. The call center may also follow up with the respondents through outbound services including a telephone call confirming their conversation, confirming their order (if applicable) or proposing a date for an appointment. The call center may also follow up with respondents by letter, fax, email or even with an invoice. Companies can utilize the benefits of a call center, particularly a call center with a product fulfillment center, to help reduce their operating costs and restraints. The list of software based solutions available is growing every day with rapid technological advances. This is only a brief list of technologies that are currently available: * Email communication * Internet chat * Pagers * Multiple dialing * Tele-messaging ( including Telephone Answering Service and Voice Mail and Interactive Voice Response / IVR * Outbound Interactive Voice Response Delivery * Messages and information to customers * Fax services * Open ended databases * Web based order entry * Fax Services, including Broadcast Fax and Fax on Demand * Real-time agent and campaign reporting * Telescript services * Translation software * Add-on modules And much more! The quality of your chosen call center s software solutions determines their reputation.

A Look At The Trend Of Designing Personalized Antler Lamps

  • Rustic looks: this is what many house owners are trying to achieve, either when decorating their country side homes or even their urban residences. Such unsophisticated, yet elegant decorations need to be carefully taken care of from the furniture to wall color and the lighting systems. Rooms that very much rely on wood decorations and traditional furniture cuts are very often lit with antler lamps and chandeliers; recent years have even brought a total craze in terms of such decorative items that are widely advertised in interior design magazines and on plenty of web pages. What may have started as a hunting trophy collection first, has definitely evolved in the trend of designing personalized antler lamps. The use of antler lamps is not limited, however, to offices and lodges, they also go well in hallways and restaurant reception rooms for instance. In such places they usually create a balance with the rest of the decorative items, not to mention that they often receive a more subjective charge: that of honoring the spirit of the animals that wore them once. Not all antler lamps use authentic antlers in the manufacturing, and very often faithful reproductions are used for the matter. Such cases correspond to the openly manifested concern that antler lamps manufacturing could be detrimental for the existence of deer species. It has not been just once that environmentalists rang alarm bells and protested against the use of items of animal origin both by the clothing and the decoration industries. Antler lamps definitely fall under the category of decorative elements that many Greenpeace activists would ban without any comment. Nevertheless, the preference for such lighting systems remains, whether some like it or not; yet, as we have already mentioned before, antler reproductions are now widely used in the manufacturing of such special types of lamps. The prices for antler lamps depends on the complexity of the lamp as such, as well as on the nature of the material used in the manufacturing. Original antlers are a lot more expensive and difficult to find, which explains the higher costs for the items. More recently, lots of Internet sites have started to offer plenty of tips and useful advice about how to design your own antler lamps at home without having too pay as much as for a professionally designed one. The only big challenge anyone would be facing here is that of including the electrical circuits correctly, and there one may have to ask the help of a professional in the field.Muna wa Wanjiru Has Been Researching and Reporting on Lamps for Years. Networking is the Key to Star Performance in Everything You Do.

  • Many people s idea of networking relates to the size of their Christmas Card List, rather than the quality of their relationship with each person on that list. Similarly those people network, but few reap the rewards of zeroing in on their potential. Here are some ideas to help fill the gap between where you are now and where you can be.

1 Be Generous - Give without expectations and you will be surprised at how it returns to you. It may not come from the same source but a new client, referral, or opportunity will show up because of your efforts.

2 Be Consistent - As in marketing, the more consistent your networking efforts the more productive they become.

3 Gift your contact - Imagine you are buying your contact a gift for their work - what might it be? Understanding what your contact is looking for is the key to developing rapport and mutual understanding.

4 Get Involved - Getting involved puts you in a consistent position of visibility. It allows you to retain Top of Consciousness positioning and when people need someone your name will spring to mind.

5 Be a Powerful Resource & Facilitator for Others- Expand your network and facilitate for others. Use your networking resources to bridge people you know with others. What goes around comes around.

6 Learn the Needs of Others then Help Fill Those Needs - Can your business fill their needs? Who do you know who can? Either way you have a win/win situation.

7 Building relationships - is more important than collecting lots of leads. Think quality vs. quantity. Connect deeper vs. on the surface.

8 It s More Important to Receive Business Cards than Hand Them Out - This puts you in a position to be able to follow up.

9 Consistently Follow Up - It s not enough to have a network. Follow up and continue developing your relationships and network. Have a good reason to follow up and ask "How can I help you?"

10 Develop Evangelists - Build relationships with Centres of Influence who connect with your ideal client or customer. Offer support and information exchange in return for referrals.

11 Be Connected - The 6 Degrees of Separation Theory states that we are only 6 people away from finding anybody we need to know. Be curious and you will be surprised at what people, resources, and information are at your finger-tips.

12 Develop You - You can grow your career or business as big as you can grow yourself. Start here!

Networking is the key to Star Performance in everything you do. You can build a virtuous circle of networking contacts in as little as five weeks from scratch and maintain that network for a lifetime.

Advantages and Disadvantages of using a Mortgage Broker

  • Consolidation

  • When searching for a mortgage, you will be faced with the decision of whether or not to use a mortgage broker. There are advantages and disadvantages to using a mortgage broker instead of applying for a mortgage directly with a lender.
One of the main advantages is that independent mortgage brokers have access to, and knowledge of, the entire mortgage market. Mortgage brokers are able to advise which lenders will consider your case and which lenders will not based on your individual circumstances.
Mortgage brokers are also adept at sourcing mortgages for people with poor credit ratings. They will have access to many lenders who specialize in lending to people with adverse credit. If you are in this situation, you may find it futile to apply for a mortgage directly through a mainstream bank.
Another advantage of using a mortgage broker is that they will take care of a lot of the paperwork and chasing up of the lender for you. This can save you precious time and reduce stress. Mortgage brokers will often have points of contact with the various lenders they put business through. This can help improve the efficiency with which your mortgage case is dealt with.
Mortgage brokers can also have access to exclusive deals not available on the open market. This is a major advantage of using a mortgage broker as exclusive deals can be quite favourable to the borrower.
Sometimes mortgage brokers are able to negotiate a better interest rate or lower application fees from the lender. This is rare, but it is not unheard of, particularly where a broker has a strong relationship with a particular lender.
While there are many advantages to using a mortgage broker, there are some disadvantages.
One of these includes the tendency for some unscrupulous brokers to show bias towards lenders that provide them with higher fees and commissions instead of recommending the most appropriate product for the borrower.
Also, the broker may not be as highly trained and experienced as you are lead to believe. While there are exam and training requirements, some mortgage brokers are simply not very good at their job.
Additionally, not all brokers have access to a full panel of lenders, meaning that they may not be able to source mortgages from the entire market.
Finally, some brokers charge hefty fees to their clients, particularly for difficult cases, usually relating to adverse credit. The fees can be costly and may be a deterrent to using a mortgage broker.
Whether or not to employ the services of a mortgage broker is a matter of personal preference.

    Five Keys to Common Courage

  • Stanford
  • Selling
  • What makes a person courageous? If it s just about rescuing the helpless from burning buildings, then courage would be about being in the right (or wrong) place at the right time. We marvel at the feats of courageous explorers like Sir Edmund Hilary, the first person to summit Mt. Everest. Just as intrepid and even more heroic were the children who lined up as human guinea pigs for the initial tests of the first live vaccine for polio, more than half a century ago.
In today s world, courage takes on almost mythic proportion. Courage becomes an unreachable goal for many of us who won t ever climb the world s tallest peak or submit ourselves as scientific experiments. www.Dictionary.com defines courage as The state or quality of mind or spirit that enables one to face danger, fear, or vicissitudes with self-possession, confidence, and resolution; bravery. And yet courage is so much more than that. In the end, courage is rooted in the ability to sublimate the good of self, for the good of the whole. Soldiers display uncommon valor when it comes to aiding a member of their unit or squad; they win commendations for their courage in the direst situations one could imagine.
How do you display your courage when there isn t a battlefield within miles, or a 29,000 foot peak to scale in the backyard? One way is to expand your perspective of what courage truly means. When my father was growing up in the 1950 s his family lived a comfortable life in suburban Long Island New York. Not the typical setting for displays of what we consider courage; unless you count weathering New York summers without air conditioning. His father (my grandfather) owned his own accounting business, and while there were successful years as the practice grew, the early years were lean ones. Decades later, after my grandfather had passed away, the family learned just how desperate those times were. My grandmother shared the story of a struggling young couple in the late 1930 s, trying to decide whether they could afford to have their first child, or if they should end the pregnancy. A heart-wrenching decision in any time, all the more compelling for my father, since that baby was him!
After the Depression, and before WWII, courageous men (and they were almost always men in those days!) were aviators like Charles Lindbergh or G-men in the mold of J. Edgar Hoover. The courage and faith that my grandparents displayed wouldn t win any medals then or now, and yet the impact of their courage now extends three generations into the future.
The word Courage comes from the French word for heart, Coeur . Here are some common ways to be courageous. The benefit of understanding what courage looks and feels like in every day life is that as we recognize our own strength, we become more emboldened to accept life s challenges in our homes or in the boardroom.
Confidence to pursue my vision of success: Allow yourself to be the determiner of what defines your fulfillment. In 1987, when I began a 17-year career in financial services, my paycheck and my peers defined success. By 2004 when I left the industry, money meant very little to me. The sound of my two sons laughter is now my vision of success.
Outsight to consider what my actions mean to others: Like the story of my grandparents, every decision you make impacts the people around you. Outsight means you stop and consider the ramifications of your words, actions and decisions.
Eliminate my negative self-talk: I call this Drive Time Talk , because my most self-critical moments happen when I m alone in the car. Make it a habit to recognize and react to the periodic negativity you generate. Ask yourself, Does this serve to make me stronger?
Understand the value of my own courage: Did you speak up in a meeting when no-one else would? How about the time you reached out to a person in need? Or resolved a tense situation by reaching a consensus? All these instances require personal courage. Taking stock of your own performance after you ve failed is natural; giving yourself credit for strength is seen as braggadocio. Since most of us don t play professional sports we have to be our own cheerleader!
Rely on my intuition: Amazon.com lists 4249 titles under the search word Courage . Reading the books won t hurt, however substituting someone else s standards for measuring courage leads you back to scaling Mt. Everest. Your intuition tells you what is courageous for you; it may be appearing on stage, or giving tough feedback to a peer, or talking to your kids about sex.
Practicing the five elements of COEUR is a great reminder of the value of your own courage. Practice is the key concept, since so many of us are programmed from an early age to consider our own bravery as a trait reserved for the dramatic. Practice your common courage every day, and your legacy will be felt for generations to come.
Here is what Mike Faber s Courageous Choices keynote can mean for your business, association or civic organization.
To leaders: A more engaged and creative workforce, who understand their responsibility to proactively leverage their experience and expertise. Courageous Choices opens the door so that team members are willing to share development goals, challenges and successes. Professional growth happens at the individual and group level, and is more lasting because the environment recognizes and rewards the risk that demonstrating courage entails. To Participants in the ranks: Greater awareness of how their personal courage can become an inspiration to colleagues. Intrinsic courage is acknowledged, leading to deeper levels of connection and commitment between team members and leadership. For organizational progress: An environment that recognizes and values the courage of its individual contributors means employees become more confident in their ability to confront and overcome challenges. Customer satisfaction increases as employee confidence and satisfaction rises, resulting in revenue increases. Depending on market segment and industry, between 40 and 80 percent of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty was accounted for by the relationship between employee attitudes and customer-related variables (Employee Satisfaction & Customer Satisfaction, Guidestar Research White Paper, 02/05).
To see if a Courageous Choices keynote is right for setting the tone at your next event, contact Mike Faber at http://www.fabercomm.com or call Faber Communications at 877-262-2402.
